Greater Bridgeport Area Prevention Program (GBAPP) Navigator

Access Health CT partners with Greater Bridgeport Area Prevention Program (GBAPP) as part of our Navigator Program. Navigators are community organizations, and in addition to supporting enrollment or renewal efforts, they help Connecticut residents better use and understand their health insurance plans, including preventative care.
