Total members enrolled in health insurance through Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, ConnectiCare Benefits, Inc., and ConnectiCare Insurance Company, Inc.
Total members enrolled in individual dental insurance through Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield and ConnectiCare Insurance Company, Inc.

Demographic Reports (Age, Gender, Race, and Disability)
The Gender, Disability Status, Age, and Race/Ethnicity breakdown of Access Health CT’s population consists of Qualified Health Plan and Covered CT enrollees only. The Medicaid demographic reports can be found on the DSS Open Data Portal. Members are not required to provide disability and/or race/ethnicity information in the application. As a result, the Disability and Race/Ethnicity reports display data that Qualified Health Plan and Covered CT members have provided.
Broker Reports
There are 650 certified brokers with Access Health CT, including 538 in-state brokers and 112 out-of-state. Together, they service the eight Connecticut counties.
47.6% of Access Health CT’s enrollments have a Certified Broker associated on the account.
End of Open Enrollment Data
After Open Enrollment, the total number of returning, new, and departing enrollees.
Completed application/redeterminations processed through the integrated eligibilty system.
