Hartford: The Village for Families & Children Navigator

Access Health CT partners with The Village for Families & Children as part of our Navigator Program. Navigators are community organizations, and in addition to supporting enrollment or renewal efforts, they help Connecticut residents better use and understand their health insurance plans, including preventative care.
